TERMS OF YOUR FLIGHT CERTIFICATE

Warbird SkyVentures guarantees that we will provide the service specified on your flight certificate. Listed below are the terms and conditions of this guarantee.

Flight Scheduling Policy

Due to weather or factors beyond our control be prepared to adjust your schedule in the event of bad weather or factors beyond our control that may require rescheduling of flights. Our schedule includes ample time to fly all certificate holders from each location. However, the time available for us to fly at each location is limited. You must schedule in a timely manner in order to guarantee a time slot. If you do not schedule your flight in a timely manner or are inflexible in dates or times that you wish to fly, you must be prepared to fly at an alternate location. Warbird SkyVentures requires 24 hours notice if you wish to cancel or reschedule your flight. Certificate holders that have scheduled their flight but do not show up at their scheduled date and time and do not provide Warbird SkyVentures 24 hours prior notice will be charged $25 to reschedule their flight.

Flight Locations Policy

The flight certificate holder may take their flight at any location that Warbird SkyVentures visits during the dates of operation for the particular location. Warbird SkyVentures will conduct flights from each location long enough to fly all certificate holders that schedule their flight in advance. In the event of circumstances beyond Warbird SkyVentures' control, specific locations and dates of operation are subject to change. Please check our website schedule frequently in order to view the most up to date schedule.

Customer Flights Policy

Warbird SkyVentures conducts flights only during daylight hours and under visual flight rules as defined by the FAA. All aerobatic maneuvers will be performed in accordance with all Federal Aviation Regulations.

Warbird SkyVentures reserves the right to refuse to fly any customer for safety reasons. No person that is under the influence of alcohol or drugs may fly.

Refund Policy

Your flight certificate is refundable to the purchaser for 30 days from the date of purchase. A 10% handling fee per certificate is not refundable. Your flight certificate is completely transferable and any individual designated by the certificate holder may use it.

Flight Certificate Expiration Date Policy

Warbird SkyVentures' Flight Certificates for the 2008 flying schedule are valid until November 30, 2008.
